I recently swapped out my old wheel hub bearing assemblies for a new pair. I have to say, I’m glad I did, they needed it.
First off, the installation was pretty straightforward. I’ve worked on cars for a while, and it’s not always a walk in the park. Especially older vehicles that have parts that are stuck in place with dried up grease and dirt. These we perfect and the fit was spot on. No issues with alignment or having to fight the parts into place, which is always a relief.
As for performance, it’s like night and day. Before, I was hearing a strange humming noise whenever I drove, especially at higher speeds. Once these were installed, the noise disappeared, and I noticed the ride felt smoother and quieter. I’m driving around with a lot more confidence now that I’m not dealing with a worn-out bearing causing issues.
