I put a 20 HP motor on a zero turn that had a 24 HP the shaft was too small and too short but found this and it fit perfectly. Well machined very pleased.

Does a great job when going from a 1-1/8″ x 4.5″ long crankshaft to a 1″ x 3.25 crankshaft. Allows you to use the same drive pulley and electric PTO. Note you may need to use a longer crankshaft bolt. I had to go from the original 3″ 7/16-20 to a 4.5″ long bolt to accommodate the 1.5″ extended adapter. They can be hard to find but Amazon has them next day delivery for my location.

The item is well made but the inner diameter is 0.99” not 1.0” i know it seems trivial and technically it will fit on the crankshaft with force, but it causes the overall outer diameter to also expand which is preventing the pulley from sliding on. The pulley fits the adapter when it’s not on the shaft so the OD is correct. I’m going to try and use a 1” grinding wheel to shave that little extra off. Maybe I just got a a fluke bad piece, a little disappointed I have to put time and money into it rather than just slapping it on.

If you have a small short shaft engine and need the bigger longer shaft. Then buy this and it will save your day. I have used this on several mowers now. And absolutely no issues at all.
