I run a Buffing company and these pads are 120$ regular to the public but I pay 75$ so for 40$ this is my go to. Excellent product.

Use this professionally as a boat detailer. This pad provides a strong cut with the right compound when needed, yet is soft enough o not damage surfaces. Double sided so it can be used longer than a single pad, just flip it over.

I like these 3M wool pads for buffing out new paint work. I’ve always used these, they work and I don’t burn my paint. I will try foam pads some day but after spraying primer, sealer, base coat, color coat and clear, I really don’t want to start experimenting with foam pads. I only paint a couple of bike tanks and body parts per year, and maybe an occasional car. I hope 3M doesn’t stop supplying these.
