Our sailboat has been neglected a bit and got pretty nasty. This was the only thing that would touch the black mildew spots. Yes, it took some scrubbing as well, but nothing else would get after the gunk.

Bought this to clean black streaks off of gutters. Formula 409 works just as good at 1/3 the price.

Words I seldom say / write : the West Marine brand is better … For the most part, I ‘ve used this to get the spider poop spots off of the cockpit seating … And it has done an adequate job w/ that task — as for black shoe marks, I use a Food Lion brand Magic Eraser — no fumes !

We used this product according to directions, but it did not remove black stains that have formed light streaks on our hull. The streaks in our boat are subtle, but did not change at all with application of this product. Maybe it would work for heavier staining.

I bought this product in the past and and at that time it worked wonderfully.
They must have changed the formulation because now it is completely ineffective. Same application.
A huge waste of money. Never again.
