Switch on the two I purchased cuts the black wire not the red… so if using the black as the negative and red positive it will cut the ground side so if there’s another ground this device will not work as intended. Unless you switch the polarity. Otherwise decent product

This extension allows me to extend the reach of my battery charger another 3 feet. That may not sound like a lot to you, but for us it’s the difference between needing to break out another extension cord or not.
With this line I can plug my battery charger in directly and have enough line to reach the battery on the far side of the engine bay from the outlet.
It works perfectly, is easy to add or remove from the charger as necessary. Seems very well constructed and expect to be using it for some time to come.

I have a diesel heater setup in my garage that runs off of a 25A 12V power supply or a 12V 100ah lifepo4 battery. I wanted a way to disconnect power when servicing the unit without having to unscrew the wire from the terminal blocks. This works perfectly for that.
I cut one of the SAE plugs off of one end, crimped ring terminals onto it and connected that to the terminal block, I then connected the other side to an SAE cable I have running to the heater. Now when I need to cut power it’s as simple as flipping the switch.
The diesel heater only draws around 10A max when the glow plug heats up, then operates around 2A so the gauge of the wire is adequate. The switch itself is a bit plasticky and hollow feeling, but has a nice click to it. It should hold up fine for the minimal use it will get.
Overall I’m happy with it, it’s working great!
