Bought these replace old ones few days later check engine light came back on running rich and running rough now

Pre-cat O2 sensor was junk straight from the package. Installed in vehicle, got P0138 When I ohmed the heater circuit it showed “open”. The post cat oxygen sensor seems to be working fine. Quick messages back and forth with seller got the bad sensor warrantied.
