I have purchase 4 of these connector pipes and none of them fit standard diesel heater fittings. Not sure why they are always too big even though the size listed is the size of my diesel heater and exhaust port. Trying to clamp them tight with the band clamp doesn’t work either as it pinches and deforms the metal and I still get exhaust fumes leaking out of the gaps. I need an extension like this to place between the diesel exhaust muffler and the thru wall exhaust port I’m using and this is just too big for my use as you can see in the video. Build quality is good even though mine came deformed (packaging issue). Most diesel heater exhaust ports and the through wall exhaust port (as seen in my video) are about 24mm in diameter and with these being at least 25mm they are just too big. I ended up ordering a long two foot exhaust tube and it fit fine but I would have preferred to have the short section that this provides.
