Do not work for a trailblazer headlights.

100% perfect for for my 2006 trailblazer ls these relays are for the door lock and unlock 5 prong ( inside fuse box)

The 2 relays that I received apoear to be used or refurbished (note the worn printing and goopy pins) Unfortunately, neither of them fixed my door locking problem, either. I don’t know if it’s because they were bad, or if it really wasn’t the issue.

My 2006 GMC Sierra crew cab rear power door locks would not unlock. Replaced with these relays and works great now.
