The jeep won’t charge even with new batteries and the new breaker

The stock unit had a lower amp rating and got wet and became defective causing my sons ride on jeep to stop after 1 minute as it would overheat and trip. This one seems much higher quality and fit the terminals perfectly. Jeep runs all the time now until battery gets low.
