If you know how to solder, connecting this to your device will probably be an improvement over the original. Bought this for an air compressor tire pump. Ran over the old junky connector with a tire. The on off switch lights up so you know you have a positive connection. Like it.

Works off of DC power from cigarette plug access in vehicle or similar power source. Wires are thick and sturdy. No cheap stuff used in this products construction. Design is durable and great quality. “Should” fit any standard cigarette plug in standard vehicles. Good product for the price.

At first in the product pics you can see it’s not stripped long enough imo. Anyways, I tried to strip it but lost that silver (or copper) wire that was swirled around with the copper wire and it didnt go as far, so i thiught i ruined it….. although, I just thought if it was wrapped around that silver wire, maybe that’s all I got to do is wrap it around my lightbars silver wire… I’m not a mechanic, or an electrician, so I just took a gamble that worked.
If you were in this same situation it’ll still work. Now I just got to order one more for the lightbar for my ATV..

Item as described and appears to be well made. I have connected it to a car cooler. The plug does get warm, which may be OK if it does not get too hot.

Got this to run power to a new stereo, as the existing power wasn’t working. This works great! It has an on/off switch if needed, but most cars will power off the accessory switch automatically. There is plenty of cord to run this line just about anywhere in a car or truck.

Good product, super nice to have a switch. I bought these for my LED baitfish submersible lights. I overkill everything, so I thought,why have only 1 light????? Yeah 3 sounds better!! These cigarette plugs are very well made. The wire is between 14-16ga, and the tips are dipped in soldier. The fit is tight, and with the switch, they’re awesome. Super convenient, so you don’t blind your night vision with green, or white light. I use these for other projects as well. Good product, well build for light duty 12v applications.
