The different colors help you separate them for different uses. Can be used for auto detailing purposes or dish washing sponge. Good amount for a good price. Would definitely buy again. A trick to making them gain their size again after being in the vacuum seal is to soak them up in water, squeeze out the water, then let air dry or tumble low in dryer. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, the photo shows a pouch to stick your hand in however when you get them, there is no pouch.

All right look, beauty is in the eye of the beholder! If you’re a Professional detailer and getting paid to perform at your peak, you probably shouldn’t be buying a $.75 buff pad and worried about the lint that may be left behind by a inexpensive product. All the pictures I saw on the reviews a pretty accurate however, some of the comments a little rough around the edges. I opened the package and let them set a few days and they puffed up twice (at least) the thin vacuumed packed size. Although I didn’t use them to “buff” my car as I enjoy using an orbital buffer, I did use them to clean and apply a tire dressing on the tires of my truck. I have to say they held up pretty darn well! And no I didn’t have any issues with lint left behind. There simply wasn’t any. I certainly got my 75¢ to 85¢ worth out of this “buffing” pad. So I think it’s a matter of perspective and what you plan on using them for. I think they are equal to the pads that come in a can of paste wax or even at the auto store to apply wax. This will be my next job. I will test them as an applicator pad but in all honesty I don’t expect to have any issues! Tires are a much rougher surface and they held up very well!

Was not sure at first as the applicators came in a vacuum sealed package. I thought I should not overreact and just cut open the package and left them overnight. Low and Behold the next morning they were all fluffed up and just fine. The vacuum packaging make sense for transport/shipping and less packaging needed to get them to the end user. A clever idea for a soft item such as these applicators. They work just fine and I will order them again when I need some more. Great value!

These come vacuum packed. It takes about 7-10 for them to “inflate” but are great for the money after that.

I use these for waxing and applying stain to furniture. Very very impressed! Softer than what I have purchased at an auto store and easy to wash and re-use. Very happy with purchase.

Items came vacuum packed, so sponges were flat like paper. Even after opening the package and and allowing time to reinflate, sponges remained flat (see pic). Basically like folding a microfiber cloth in half, which makes these useless.
Also false advertising. Not a single sponge had a pocket for fingers like in their product pics.
I will be looking for better sponge applicators.

While these pads are functional they’re certainly not plush. That said, given the price your expectations shouldn’t be too high.
