I ordered this because the truck had started having issues with the left turn signal about 2 days before this appeared as available for review; the timing was fortuitous, and budget is usually snug over the holidays due to the construction industry scaling back on projects over winter, so a free part is super valuable right now.
Installation was easy, just a simple unplug and swap of an identical-appearing part, and it turns out that it WAS the flasher relay going bad, so no more hand signals needed for left turns! I can’t speak to the longevity of this relay, as that’s usually measured in years if not decades; we got 13 years out of the original one from when the truck was manufactured–I expect this one to last the remaining lifespan of the truck, given the mileage we end up putting on it each year.
