This tire and rim cleaner works as described. I sprayed directly on tires and rims then let it sit a few minutes before scrubbing. Still had to use a bit of elbow grease but the end result was better than before. Not a miracle cleaner but effective.

I find this a bit of an odd product. It costs $13 for seven ounces and brake dust is not particularly hard to clean off of wheels. A mild pressure washing usually does it as does a mild rub with soapy water.
But I had a chance to give this a good test. I cleaned the wheels on two of my motorcycles using Brake Bomber on the rear wheels and my nomal cleaner mixed from concentrate on the front.
I waited the instructed five minutes (and that’s important because if you just spray and wipe this stuff is no different than water). Brake Bomber did a fine job cleaning the rear wheels. They turned out nice and shiny, but so did the front, though perhaps with a little more effort (the rear wheels are also tougher to clean as the chain throws oil on them).
All said and done when used as instructed this stuff does work, but only a little better than much cheaper cleaning solutions.
Each box (you get 2) includes a small rag that you’ll use once and a little rubber and foam cleaning block that I saw no use for at all. I’m just not seeing the value here.

While this did not get my wheels as miraculously clean as they claim, it did remove some dirt with little effort and the ingredients list appears to be natural. It would probably work better for maintaining clean wheels than removing years of buildup from mine.
