This is like trying to drag a piece of rubber across a dry car. Incredibly frustrating and really not that great at drying. I tried getting all of it wet, ringing out, then drying, but at this point it just spreads water around. I’d rather use a bath towel.

These are good animal skin chamois. Soft and absorbent. The large is just the right size for drying my cars. And the price was quite reasonable for two real chamois.

I have purchased chamois over the years from automotive stores. This is this softest, most absorbent chamois I have ever owned and larger than advertised. For my first use I dried two cars with one chamois and never rang it out. These are terrific products and well worth the price.

Nice size and softness. Haven’t had a chance to use them yet. I will not be washing cars with them, but attaching them to the back of a seat of a driving horse cart. I intend to tie them on the back with rawhide. They are water proof and dry quickly. And if that doesn’t work, I will wash my vehicles with them. Win Win all the way.

I have ordered this product before they are soft and last along time. My main use for this is in my shower to dry the glass and keep water spots off the glass, works great

My father introduced me to chamois about a million years ago, when I was a kid and learning how to wash the family’s cars. Somewhere along the line I found myself using bath towels to dry my cars, and finally decided to switch back to chamois. It’s like the return of an old friend! I followed the manufacturer’s instructions, and washed the chamois in mild soap after I received it; as a result I experienced zero streaking or unpleasant smell when I put the chamois to work. Better, this thing dried my car, and it’s glass flawlessly, just as I remembered they did. Special bonus for people in the entire rest of the world (except Russia and North Korea), it’s not manufactured in China; buying this chamois does not feed the beast!!! Wish I would’ve pulled the trigger on this long ago!
