I was looking to replace the old gas cap on my 2004 Honda Civic, and while this one does screw on, the engine throws a code/check engine light for the fuel cap when this one is used. I have reset the check engine light and tried tightening the cap multiple times now and it will not seal up properly. Luckily, I kept my old gas cap and had to go back to using it to prevent the error code.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this gas cap.
