Unfortunately for a 2011 sx4 it seems you can only find cheap replacement parts and no oem ones. Went through 3 tensioners until I got a good one. Works and has been holding up for 2 months now. First one was about a year and a half, second was about a week, and this one is on 2 months and good so far.
