First and foremost, it works but there are no instructions and what is said on this amazon page is misleading. So i initially wired it up wrong, but after some research i understood the Thermostatic switch goes to the grounding wire on the relay.

Brown(Ground) is your wire to the thermostatic switch as its a switch that grounds when it reaches temp
(87 Terminal)
Short Red Wire Goes to your fan
(30 Terminal) Long Red Wire (Cut to size) Goes to the Silver Side of the Breaker
Copper Side of the Breaker goes to the Battery +
(85 Terminal) Black Wire goes to your ignition +

Worked really good. Used it on my 55 Chevy to hook up my fan.

Does not open until radiator is steaming and temp gauge registers 210 degrees.
