    Charged wirelessly on the first day I used it then stopped charging even when the USB was plugged in. Not happy. Wouldn’t buy it again. I’ve tried messaging to get answers but no reply which is disappointing as it wasn’t cheap to deliver to Sydney

    This fits great and suctions low to the dash. This is great because ones that sit higher on the dash make the phone heat up in the FL sun. I was worried that the magnet wouldn’t hold, but it holds great. Make sure you have a Mag-safe compatible phone case with the ring or it won’t attach.

    Overall it is a nice mount design, but the quality of materials and construction meant none of them lasted very long. The magnets started coming out when taking the phone off of the mount. I figured I would super glue them back in, but when removing the base from the mount, a plastic clip broke off making the whole device useless. That piece is too small and flimsy to be glued back on, and it is required to hold the base to the mount. Of course it is past the 30 day return window ….

    Why does every company on this site make cheap garbage that breaks just past the return window? Don’t any of them realize I am willing to pay more for quality products that will last many years?

    While it holds the phone well with a strong magnet and is well designed and well-built if I’m using navigation it does not provide sufficient power to charge the phone.

    I bought this car charger on Feb. 8 and installed it to my car a week or two later when I got my new iPhone 14 Pro Max set up. At first it wouldn’t suction to my dashboard so I reset it twice before it finally worked the third time. I was cautious after reading some of the reviews regarding its magnet not holding the weight of the phone but it worked so I kept using it. My phone has slipped off once before today and it landed on my Bob Ross ornament (a gift, didn’t know where to put it) which broke that paint palette part of his left arm.

    Then just a few minutes ago, en route to my daughter’s ballet class, my phone slipped again out of nowhere but this time it also took off the magnet part of the charger which now I know is only held together by a sticky agent to the rest of the unit. If my phone screen landed awkwardly because of it slipping off this car charger, it could’ve cracked!

    But regardless whether I had a screen protector and phone case (both which I fortunately have), the charger being defective caused my new phone to drop and slam against the cup holder and other solid parts of my car interior at a considerable force because the car was moving! What if it messed up a part of the computer in the phone that I don’t know about yet? What if it cracked my screen? Would they replace my new iPhone, too?

    For it to be only functional for under a couple of months is disappointing. Price wise, it would be justified if it at least lasted a year, but because it’s useless to me now and March 10 has passed, what am I supposed to do with this? Do they also not consider the carbon footprint their lemon of products leave behind when these are thrown away so quickly because they’re not good quality and not long-lasting?

    Here is my candid assessment of this product. The suction mechanism is generally effective and adequately supports the weight of my phone. The adjustable positioning feature is also a positive aspect. However, after conducting a 20-minute performance test, I encountered several issues. The thin magnet designed to be attached to the back of the phone is indeed slim, but the 3M tape fails to securely hold the weight of the phone, resulting in repeated detachment and drops. Additionally, the charging capability is severely lacking, with only a 4% charge achieved in 20 minutes. Furthermore, the device caused my phone to overheat significantly, and the charger itself became excessively hot. Based on these observations, I cannot recommend this product.

    This things is awesome. My wife has it in her Audi TT and it works great. It’s kind of big and takes up a lot of room but for us it works great.

    I bought this with a bit of skepticism. I got it set up and it is beautiful! It charges quickly. It holds my phone where I want it. It almost feels like cheating in a way. It also helps that my car is a newer model and supports hands free and has wifi too.
