This product worked perfect for my 2011 Ford Escape! For my vehicle, I found that this bushing needs to be pushed into the eye of the shifter cable from the left to the right. Reason being the larger diameter hole of the bushing needs to seat over the shifter’s attachment post and then lock in the post groove via the internal reduced diameter ring. Once I received the part, it literally took about 10 minutes to make this repair. Highly recommended!!
