The last switch I had (different company) lasted for over a year (maybe 2). I believe these shouldn’t wear out for a decade or two so that leaves me waiting.
The accuracy of the switch is very important to me as I run two and have two settings on my electric fans. These are about as close as I could expect them to be for their open and closed circuit settings.
If the settings don’t start having a mind of their own and they continue to live…I’ll install these in all of my projects.
I love to build the cars and trucks that I do…I hate to find out the weak links via upset customers.

Worked great…for about 24 hours. Failed closed so my fan stays on all the time, better than the alternative but still annoying.
Amazon Customer –
They have a quality item and fantastic customer service that stands behind their product. The first item was defective which can happen in any product. I notified them and they gave me several options including a refund. I requested a replacement and they quickly shipped it and they even paid return shipping, AWESOME. The replacement works perfectly THANK YOU!!! Highly recommend!!

Purchased this in April 2024 when I converted my explorer to an electric fan. It installed easy and performed as expected until today when I noticed the fan running with engine cold. Went through the circuit and found this switch grounded when it shouldn’t have been. Maybe it was a fluke, or maybe the switch took some damage riding around in the center console until I finally got around to putting it in, I’m not sure. Either way, the price is right so I’m gonna order another one and see what happens

My 2020 Honda Talon x4 fan stopped working 3 weeks ago and I decided to go with larger fan with more CFMs and had everything installed except this temperature sensor which came in yesterday (quick delivery) and I installed it and grounded it properly and drove the vehicle around to better heat it up and after pulling back in and parking it with it idling I heard the relay kick in and fan came on and ran for about 2 minutes and relay kicked off as designed and fan stopped. Let this happen 4 more times and zero problems. I have no temperature guage to read the cut in cut out degrees as I have not installed my temperature Guage yet but it definitely keeps the temperature within the factory readings of only 2 bars which is factory specifications

I have the 140’F-210’F version. The size and construction seem good. I have a good IR gun, the housing the sensor is in shows it switches at 148 and 204 pretty consistently. Given that the coolant inside the housing is likely warmer than the outside of the housing, the accuracy isn’t that good, but good enough for how I’m using it.
