Worked great the first two times I used it, didn’t work at all the third. I might try taking it apart and seeing if it can be fixed, it kicks on, just doesn’t pump. Maybe a priming issue?

The media could not be loaded.
I bought this for a 30 gallon diesel caddy tank, the crank pumps never work too long on these. It worked fine the first time I used it, now it won’t work. You can see what it does in the video, makes a lot of noise but does not pull any diesel out of the tank.
Big waste of money!

The manufacturer previously responded to my email that explained after 5 – 8 uses the diesel pump stopped suctioning diesel fuel from my auxiliary fuel tank. Upon further investigation I found multiple impeller plastic pieces had snapped off. The manufacturer said that after seeing the pictures of the pump he would consider replacing the entire pump. I only need the pump housing containing the impeller, but I will take whatever the manufacturer is willing to offer. Thank you so much, and please see this email gets back to the seller.
