Perfect replacement for the Airtronic D2 heater. I haven’t noticed any different noise, sound, or other impact to the heat output of my heater. My Airtronic doesn’t seem to know the difference either – no system/error messages, etc. on the Easy Start Pro controller.

It works, just like the one it replaced. It was installed in a Chineese Diesel Heater that has an identical 22ml/1000 stroke pump. There seems to be a few style of these pumps, but I have nothing terrible to say about this one. The only one I stay away from is the one with the integrated filter since it rattles itself loose.
Keep the pump clean, and a filter before it and it should last a long time.

It fits the power connector and the original hoses perfectly. Like other fuel pumps, this one is marked 22ml, meaning that it is supposed to pump 22 milli liter diesel per stroke, although from experience I know that this is to be taken lightly. My heater controller has the capability to fine-tune the fuel rate in relation to the fan speed, in effect adjusting the fuel/air ratio, to compensate for fuel pump metering error as well as altitude. Once I calibrate it for this particular pump, its metering error gets cancelled out, so it’s not an issue. Noise-wise, it’s about the same as the others I have tried. I suspend the pump on loosely linked stainless steel tie wraps, so it’s not an issue. Good pump, recommended.

bought this for my D2 heater. Thermo King charges over $200 for this part. Problem is that this pump does not have a replaceable screen filter. It actually has no screen or filter, and you cannot put one in it. So, it worked great, until it got some Debrie in it and broke. Had to go buy the OEM one, for the filter screen replacement feature.
