Used for an extension cord to extend the high pressure 12V air pump while RVing that requires 15A power.
We are constantly checking air pressure based weather and we needed an cord that reached from the truck to the RV or event the boat trailer.
The thick gauge wire appears to handle the 15A from the High Pressure air pump.
