I used this for a 12 volt to 12 volt battery charger that pulls a steady 100 watts for long periods. The ground-side solder connection failed on my fourth charge. I bought the version with the larger wires because I knew I’d be using it for this purpose. But even so, it failed under this within-rating long-term load. Otherwise this appears overall to be a good-quality unit. In fact, it looks so well-made that when the failure happened I looked everywhere else first, certain that this excellent-looking plug could not be the problem. But when I disassembled it the ground wire was burned off internally and the fuse was unblown.

This was purchased to replace a connector that was overheating and intermittent. This one is heavy duty and sturdy. The Anderson connector makes it easy to use for multiple devices.

I bought this to use with my jackery power supply. It works great with my Xiegu G90 for doing POTA. The power poles plug right into the fan stand on my g90. Also great for in the truck when running mobile. I don’t like leaving my radio in my truck so makes quick and easy setup and tear down.

Use to run amateur radio equipment. No problems all crimps are good and solid. Doesn’t feel cheap the wiring is heavy and good insulation.

Worked fine led worked polarity checked and use to drive a UHF VHF rig that draws no more then 9 AMPS ever. Car is rated 10 AMP and this says 15 amps. works in car and in power supply adapter
