I’ve done more than a few of these oil pressure switches and they’re not a huge PITA, but they aren’t super easy to do if it’s your first one. I personally don’t change the filter screen on any of the ones I’ve fixed. I’d rather replace the sensor when it gets clogged up than introduce any restrictions in oil flow to the top end of the engine. The exact GM oil pressure switch I used is https://amzn.to/4c2SXPF

This sensor was reading 950 psi with the engine off. I got a sensor from the auto parts store and it works perfect.
