As a person who has blown several lighter sockets in the past, these are recommended. For tire inflators, power inverters and heavy draw power items, at least while sitting still, one’s best bet is to connect to the battery and let the alternator directly feed the device instead of taxing the cigarette jack. (personal opinion) The Battery Terminal Clips worked well. The items I used them with had no issues connecting. Take advantage of the various lengths.

These battery connectors are ideal for my use with multiple type batteries. I use these for connecting to a variety of batteries when using my telescope, as well as different plug types that mate with the female end. These were inexpensive enough I might get another set for standby.
