Used on a 2020 LR Discovery. I guess I truly am frugal (wife prefers “cheap”)…. Looks exactly like OEM oil drain washer. Good fit. No leaks. I doubt that the dealer actually changes the entire bolt like Land Rover recommends. I have read that some dealers just pump out old oil through the dipstick leaving 2-3 quarts of the old oil still in the engine aaaand charge you a ridiculous $400-450 for this simple service. You can do it. Save money and do a better job than the dealership.

I recently purchased these aluminum crush washers and am very pleased with their performance. They match the original washers in both inside and outside diameters perfectly, which ensured a flawless fit.
Although I couldn’t measure the thickness compared to the original (as they had already been crushed), I haven’t noticed any leaks since installing these new washers, which is a great sign of their effectiveness.

These are what you need for your OEM GM drain plug. According to the pros, you should change your drain plug gasket every oil change. I have waited 15 years and 100K miles until I can tell that my original seal is barely keeping the oil in there. I now have a pack of these to replace on my LS motor. I’m really not sure how long they would last if you didn’t change them, but since the pack will probably outlast my truck, I just change them with the oil.
