I got this for my wife’s 2012 Elantra in the hope that it would resolve a temperamental turn signal. It is so tight that I initially didn’t think it would fit. I had to paint the contact surfaces with dielectric grease just to get it into the socket, and I still had to use pliers to push it in further and twist to lock it in place. On the bright side, I highly doubt it will ever have contact issues.
