BTM-4 –
Arrived quickly and undamaged. Fit and function on par for my 02 Volvo S60. Installation is straightforward and does not come with any form of instructions. Quality is IMO equal to or greater then OE, for a fraction of the cost. Reasonable price. Although it did not resolve any check engine light, it did give me piece of mind over the 23 yr old cap that had become brittle with time…
BTM-4 –
I got the fuel cap primary due to my OEM cap’s tether broke a while ago. The new cap does fit, and so far no issues for a couple of weeks of use.
1 small issue, the hole on the ring end of the tether is a bit to small and too stiff to go on the hook on the fuel door. Slight modification to enlarge the hole is needed, in my case, to make everything fit.
The finish of the fuel cap feels a bit rough, but for the price, I can’t say I would expect too much more.
I will come back to update and possibly lower the rating if there is any issue related to the fuel cap in the next couple of months. Otherwise, this would be a solid 4-star item.
