This radiator cap works well when I am verifying the temperature of the cooling system. The cap fits several of my older convertibles and is handy to have for maintenance purposes. The temperature has been accurate when tested with a probe thermometer as well as a lazer thermometer. For that purpose this cap works well. However, you must keep in mind that this cap is rated at 1.8 bar which translates to 26 psi which is too much pressure for continuous use on most automotive cooling systems. If you use this cap on a vehicle requiring the typical 12 to 16 psi, you can cause damage to your cooling system as it will allow higher pressure than the vehicle is designed for. The listing on Amazon has a warning for this issue, but it is in smaller print and can be easily overlooked. With all this being said, the cap works well for me in my vehicle maintenance.

Bought this product for Honda 500 rubicon replacement radiator cap. Liked the idea of temperature gage. Unfortunately cap won’t fit under plastic cover panel. Maybe good for diagnostic tool, but not full time use.

To help quotes too small it looks like a sister radiator on a motorcycle not a vehicle there would not fit my 10007 Jeep Grand Cherokee for the 3.7 motor

The app says it does fit my car but it’s not the right part. I just wanted my money back. I don’t want another one and they tried to charge me for return label. It’s all your fault though.

This item does NOT fit a 1965 mustang!!!! This cap is much smaller than the radiator diameter opening. Please update info so others don’t get disappointed.
