I’m using this to charge my 12v 100AH LiFePo4 batteries. As another purchaser said, it charges all the way up to 14.6V and then shuts off. The build quality is great too. For about $25, this is hard to beat. Pretty easy to use, however, I wish they provided better instructions on how to use it. The switch for LiFePo vs Lead-Acid battery is easy enough to understand, but what is manual vs automatic charging? I would like more details on this. I just switched it to automatic and everything worked fine.

I haven’t fully tested this but I will be. First dislike is the overly short leads, kind of creates a problem since this will be for use on an R.V. This will be under constant use so, hard to say about durability however, no reason it shouldn’t last I mean it is just a battery charger right? I have to now be bothered about lengthing the short cables, not very useful like this. My other complaint is, normally a manual setting on a battery charger is to force the charger to charge a battery that is totally dead to see if it will come back to life, this does not do that and still won’t charge at all. Another purpose is to make the charger charge the battery more instead of the automatic setting sensing the battery is charged and stopping or going to trickle charge mode, this manual setting will overcharge a battery to a better degree like a battery that doesn’t fully charge somewhat and is weak and you want to give it more and desulphate if that need arises. This can’t be used on the RV because of the short battery charge leads as it stands not much good like this. Other thing worth noting, I put just enough load on it which brought current up around 8 amps and voltage output drops way down to 12.2 output instead of the 14.4 volt output that you would normally expect. Kind of defeats purpose of it being a 10 amp output. Not a great charger like a transformer based charger that are bulky, but they are steady and strong in their output.

I have used it several times, but doesn’t feel sturdy and the leads are pretty flimsy. Still, it’s been working for me..

I bought this 12VDC charger to compliment the other 5 different 12VDC chargers I bought on Amazon, to compare their quality & life of service. After a year of constant, almost daily use (recharging my six 12V house elec backup & six 12V NEV batteries) this charger (along with the other 5 chargers) is still functioning nominally. This 12VDC charger has functioned well, was purchased at a great price, & I recommend it w/o hesitation

This Battery charger works great, i have 2 of them. Will charge a completely dead battery back to good in 24-48 hours.

I don’t like constant hot leads so I added a DPDT ON-OFF switch. Works very well. Weird flashing LED charge light. Red for charging, green for charged would be bettter.
