Only thing wrong was that the plug end of the sensor was wrong. I just spliced and used the one.

I bought this for a 2012 Equinox, (it came a day later than it was supposed to) it fit fine but the car would stall and not go when I pressed the gas. Switched to an AC Delco O2 sensor and it worked fine.
