I am not a fan of doing oil changes on the Fiat Abarth. The location of the filter holder unnecessarily makes it a royal pain to change the filter. That being said, the easiest part of the job is replacing the cartridges once the filter holder is out. The Fram cartridge pops right in, and seats in a way that you can feel it snap into place. My oil stays clean longer with these, so it must be doing a great job.
