Not a lot of companies seem to make this product so the choices are limited. This one came well recommended. Definitely solved my issue of low fuel pressure. Just installed it yesterday so we’ll have to wait and see how well it holds up

This kit was the best alternative to the “shop option”. The pump fits and works like a champ on my 2005 Sportsman 700. It is a bit shorter than the factory pump but the wires still connected no problem. Glad I went with this option instead of the $800 plus tank pump combo the shop was trying to sell me.

I installed this pump in my 2005 Polaris sportsman 800 EFI. I would have preferred OEM but unfortunately Polaris doesn’t sell the pump separate. They make you buy the entire gas tank which is nearly 800$. Absolutely crazy! Thankfully this pump fit perfectly. It’s only been installed for a few days but it’s functioning great. It came with everything I needed except the zip ties that hold the pump to the carriage. I wish I knew that ahead of time but I made things work. If anything changes, I will definitely edit this review, but for now, I’m very happy with the fuel pump.

It seemed all the parts worked and had to cut hose to set pump depth at original depth. Regulator fit fine. I was satisfied as this solved the problem and my Polaris cranked right up. Zip ties need to be included for securing the pump to the vertical shaft. This was the only thing not included in the kit to do a pump and regulator replacement on my Polaris. I like the lifetime warranty on the unit. I would have rated Easy To Install a 5 if zip ties were included. I had to make a trip to store before I could finish the install.

Product arrived and was fairly easy to install. The kit came with zip ties to attach the fuel pump to assembly unit, two clamps to attach the hose, a small piece of hose and the filter. Made it simple to install exactly like the factor fuel pump was installed on my 2005 Polaris sportsman 800. However! The kit was supposed to contain a fuel regulator! I had to call the company several times and wait on hold for serveral minutes only to be kicked off hold and instructed to leave a voicemail. Not believeing I would be called back in a timely manner I had to call about 6 times before I was able to speak to a representative who said he would ship me out the regulator. He said it would take two days to ship it to my location but as of today it’s been 3 days and I have not received the fuel regulator. The picture and product description clearly show the regulator being included. I had to put the ATV back together without it because the ATV is located in Minnesota where I am on vacation and fixed it at but I live in Texas.

You would think this company would include the gasket between the tank and the fuel pump since you have to take the pump assembly out of the tank. The old gasket was reusable so I reinstalled it. Not sure how the bike is going to run yet. I will edit this if it doesn’t work properly. Other than that the pump matches the old one so we’ll see what happens when it’s all back together.

So far a great product and value. Polaris wants to just sell you a new fuel tank when your fuel pump goes and the mechanic quoted I think $500. With a little bit of time you come out way ahead. Taking off the plastics is a breeze and something everyone should be comfortable doing. The toughest part is removing the fuel tank to pull the pump and that’s not too bad after watching a couple how to videos and a little swearing. Polaris sportsman 700 went from sputtering and almost dying (15psi fuel pressure) to running top notch with a couple hours of work. Can’t speak to the longevity yet but I have no reason to doubt that it’ll do it’s job well for a long time to come
