- How it works – When the solenoid is energized, suction is generated. The needle valve is sucked up and the orifice opens. Fuel is sprayed out at high speed through the annular gap between the needle and the nozzle at the head of the needle valve, forming a fog. This atomized fuel is conducive to fully mixing with air in the cylinder and burning, thereby improving the efficiency and performance of the engine
- Maintenance – In order to ensure the proper operation of the fuel nozzle, regular maintenance and maintenance are required. This includes cleaning the nozzle, checking the tightness of the nozzle and the amount of injection. If the nozzle is found to have abnormal phenomenon or performance decline, it should be replaced or repaired in time
