Other than a float issue it has worked well for almost a year.
I purchased this in Aug of 2022, it is now Nov of 2023, and the fuel level is now not working. Removed unit to find that the sensor works if manipulated by hand. Placed the unit in a bucket of water and the float does float and raises the arm to where it would read full. Place it back in the tank and it reads empty. On occasion it will read above empty but then goes back down to empty and the warning light comes on. I believe the float is not floating when in the tank. I check to verify nothing is interfering with the float as there is a return line in the tank. Really don’t want to purchase and install another unit just to get the fuel level working again.

No issues with the installation at all. Started up right away and I’m getting better gas mileage. Time will tell how long this thing will last, and I hope 🙠it’ll last for a long time. I’ll update this review if it fails. If you haven’t seen any update that means it is still good.

Do you realize how difficult it is to replace this only to have it fail within three months? Not to mention it stranded my wife miles from home. Dont buy this cheap junk. Spend the money and buy one from a reputable source. You can keep your damn $80. I will never deal with you again.

UPDATE: The seller has made good and we were able to come to a very reasonable solution.
We keep our vehicles for a long time and find it financially better to repair than buy new, so we buy a lot of parts and usually look to Amazon first. We purchased this June 2020 for $62.99. It failed October 2021. I reached out to the company, the told us our warranty was a year. I asked since we were only a few months out, could they make an exception or a courtesy replacement. They offered a 20% discount. It is now listed for $125.99, a 100% increase. I replied to their offer explaining our purchase price and they have not responded. My last communication was a week ago. They do not offer any way to contact them on their selling page, I have been messaging through Amazon, which makes things more difficult. It worked for 15 months but overall, I would not recommend.

Recieved this pump today and installed it myself on my 2007 chevy avalanche. It ran like my truck was brand new, They wanted $265.00 at the local parts store for one very similar to this one. It took me about a hour to install and so happy I saved at least $3-4 hundred bucks by doing it myself.

Preformed well for some time, now fuel pressure issues if pump not submerged in fuel. Barely lasted 8months in non daily driving vheicle.
