After installation I was seeing misfires in all cylinders and stalls. I had to switch back to the original coils to get running again.
The packaging was marked DG522 UF-621 but the coils didn’t have the gray boots as pictured, they were black — and to my eye the spring did extend as far as the OEM one so I’m pretty sure its a case of bad fit info.

Bought these because of misfires. They’ve been in the car for over 3 months. The car runs great and this set of FOUR cost me the same as ONE would have at an automotive store!

Our Ford suddenly started running very rough wit the CEL flashing. I had had some experience with this before on another car and suspected that one of the spark plug coils went bad. Of course, the diagnostics readers were of little help simply stating “cylinder X misfire”…
I took the top cover off the engine and all four coil packs were easily accessible. I pulled each of them off and ohm measured the input coil and spark plug coil on each one expecting to find an open or shorted coil. Alas, none of them measured open or shorted. However, two of the four had ohm measurements that were quite a bit different than the other two. I could not find any reliable information on line as to what the correct reading should be. Before investing in a set of coil packs, I wanted to be sure I was on the right track. Well, even the service manual from ford and a few calls to ford service departments did not yield any good information.
At this point, I figure that these Amazon coil packs were cheap enough AND if they didn’t solve the problem, I could return them. Unlike the local auto parts stores. This particular set of coil packs were the only ones that matched the OE part number exactly. There were many others that claim the work with our car and they looked identical. But this FAERSI had the OE part number listed specifically. So I bought them.
The packs arrived the next day and I measured them all and they were within a few % of each other at 5.8Kohm. So I figured that the OE packs with their wild readings probably had a few shorted wraps, but not completely shorted or opened. A few shorted wraps will lower the voltage to the spark plug. And if the voltage is too low, the plug wont spark at all.
I popped these new coil packs in and the ford fired right up. In fact, the first test drive I could feel that there was a little more power on tap as well. The “barely working” OE packs might of been starving the plugs for a while causing lethargic response and probably worse gas milage.
I’m only into these new coil packs about 100 miles so no feedback on longevity or improvement in gas milage. If these crap out, I’ll be sure to update my review. For now, 5 stars for matching the OE part number exactly, being a fraction of the cost of auto parts store, being shipped to my door in a day, measuring as they should, popping right in as expected, and working!

I replaced my factory ignition coil cks on my 2015 ford escape with these when I had one go out. I paid less for 4 of this brand on amazon than I would’ve spent on 2 anywhere else I checked and most of the places I paid less for 4 than I would’ve paid for 1. They were very easy to install and my car has been running perfectly ever since. My gas mileage has also improved by 2 mpg.
I would definitely recommend these to others and will purchase these again if the need arises. Great parts at an incredible price!
