Well made, appears filter material is high quality with thick pleats, charcoal for odor removal. I did notice only one of the two identical filters had a air direction printed on its side, but this is a easily solved problem, just simply compare pleats/color on one marked with unmarked, match, and install both the same, towards the blower.. arrow facing down on my car. Easily fit 2005 honda civic ex.

So, to install : Clean out the glove box, outward pressure to remove each sides clip, lower glovebox, remove filter cover directly behind where glovebox fits, slide out cartridges with old filter in each, remove old filter, install new filter in each cartridge with flow pointing downwards to blower, reinstall reservse steps. Takes maybe 5 mins, do it yourself…save yourself money on a easy, easy fix.

Sure it’s not a Honda filter, but I feel for the money and value it’s an excellent choice. You can buy several of these for the price of one OEM filter. Also the pleat material, construction, fit just makes a good common sense economical replacement. I bought two sets over a year ago and can say after using this brand, performance has been great. I typically replace every six months so 20 bucks a year. These are definitely a step up from overpriced auto parts store quality too.
    Recommend!

Dealership suggested new cabin air filters during a recent oil-change & tire rotation on my 20 year old Honda CRV. I declined since I’d changed those filters previously. I ordered these filters and they arrived quickly. Removing the old filters requires dropping the glove compartment door which is not easy. Also pulling the filter drawer out was a bit difficult. These new filters went into the filter drawer. They fit well. One of the filters was stamped with the airflow direction but the other filter was not stamped. Judging from the filter construction, I made my best guess on the unstamped filter. Reinserting the filter drawer went reasonably well (the filters were the correct height).

The new filters seem to perform very well. Interior cabin air smells fresh. I would have no hesitancy in purchasing these again. I suspect the missing air flow stamp on one of my filters was an accidental oversight that does not happen frequently.

EDIT: 2 years later and I exchanged the filters for a new set of the same filters. It was obvious the old filters captured a lot of dust and crud. New filters went in easily (only one has airflow marking) and are working well!

The filters fit great in my 2004 Element. Definitely needed changed since the old ones had leaves built up on them! 👍🏻

Just a short review to say that these were an easy and inexpensive direct replacement for the cabin air filters for my 2007 Honda element (mine is the base model element, no four-wheel drive, no moonroof, nothing fancy).

There are two filters included in the package, which is great because there are two cabin air filters in the car. So one pack allows you to replace both filters.

The material in these filters SEEMS to be the same as the originals, but I am NOT an engineer, so I can’t say 100% for sure they are the same material.

Now the reason they get Four Stars instead of Five is because these filters have a top side and a bottom side, and unfortunately, one of the filters was missing the labeling that shows which side goes down. So we had to eyeball it and compared it to the one filter that DID have the labeling on it.

We are pretty sure that we installed the filter missing the labeling correctly. I guess time will tell, and if there are problems, I will post an update to this review.
