Great rotor fits perfect after I had to order a Replacement for the ” Open Box “
Option for 5 or 6 bucks less and quicker shipping. What could be wrong with an open box brake rotor it has finger prints ?
What could be wrong ? Nothing Right ?
I was so Wrong ! ! !
Some idiot thought that he would be slick He took his Old Rotor and put it in the new box and sent it back through a Kohls drop off location and it slipped through the Cracks and was sold as an “Open Box “
Besides the headache of dealing with customer service that was a 10 hour flight from the USA and trying to explain the problem and being told I was fully aware that I bought a used item , and explained that the first time I bought anything from the warehouse I was assured that I could return any item that I bought if I was not 100% satisfied and nothing was used passed the point of a customer changing his/her mind or the box or package was damaged in shipping or warehouse handling. It didn’t matter to the person that wasn’t in our country what I was told from a representative that was from Seattle Washington. I hung up and called and would not give in until I spoke to a US based representative
They have a little more pride in the company’s reputation and will try to make sure that you are Satisfied with your business experience.
But all in all the new rotor was great except that the hub area was not powder coated as in the photos of the new one showed $6.97 Can of high heat silver took care of that I had to get the shipping oil off the brake surface anyway so I had to go a little further with the alcohol and then the brake cleaner then a few coats of Krylon High Heat Silver and job done and a nice off set to the Black Mag Wheels.

I needed to replace the rear rotors on my grandsons trailblazer and wanted good quality parts. I was surprised to find these AC Delco parts at a “budget” price. I also purchased AC delco brake pads as well. I’m confident that he’ll have many miles of trouble free motoring.

This item is was purchased as a replacement for my 2009 Chevy Trailblazer’s rear brake calipers. The quality seems to be very good, better than what I was looking at in the local auto parts store. The best part is that the local store was asking $73 for the brake caliper, while this particular unit was shipped with one day delivery for only $32 total!
With such a better price I expected at least somewhat worse quality, but I was definitely wrong. This unit seems to be identical with slightly better paint. I am very satisfied with this purchase, and it was definitely worth waiting one day!

Fitted these to my ’03 trailblazer this spring (’14) No issues with the rotors or delco pads I used.
The rear rotors on the Trailblazer do have a backing splash plate though that was rusted. To change that plate required you to pull the axle, royal pita, which I did’ent do. If you don’t change that backing splash guard be sure to trim away any rust that could cause issues with the new rotor. After fitting there was an obvious metal-metal rubbing coming from one of my rear wheels. Upon investigation I found that a rusted part of that backing guard was rubbing on my new rotor, quickly removed the offending piece and all was well with the world again.
The Delco part is a straight swap on part though and had no issues with it at all. It comes with a light oil coating that you’ll remove with some brake parts cleaner. Theres no rust prevention on the rotor though so if you insist on your rotors remaining shiney you’ll want to paint or treat them. Personally idc enough about that on my old truck and just slapped them on.
Performance wise, does what it says on the box. Stops the truck. I changed all 4 rotors and pads at the same time so individual parts assessment is hard but there is a deff. improvement in stopping power and I’m confident the brakes will stop us in any condition now.
Please remember to pump your brakes after changing the rotors/pads before driving !!
