Good replacement but it didn’t come with grease and didn’t have grease on the sliding mechanism. Make sure you add some before you install

I received this part for my 2018 grand caravan. It is the correct part and fit. I installed it and it worked great for the first 8 or 9 times I used the window. Now it is already making sounds and about to break. This part was installed properly and I have replaced this exact part in my father’s exact van before with a dorman so it was definitely installed properly. I reached out to the seller on Amazon. They have horrible support. After going back and forth they told me I have the wrong part. I most definitely do not have the wrong part. The part is just low quality. Beware, this will work but only for a short time.

It works well. It fits and function as it supposed. I like the most that the price met the expectations along with its quality and accuracy. It doesn’t matter to me since I am DIYer. But it would be nicer if it comes with a good installation instruction.

I put this in 3 months ago, probably rolled my window down less than 15 times before it started acting up. Here it is 3 months later I’ve rolled it down probably 20 times total and it just broke and my window fell all the way down and was hours from home, it’s 42 degrees out, with my grandkids in the van.
