This charger stood out when I got my new phone! I liked it immediately because it’s USB-C, charges 2 devices at once, and includes high quality braided power cables. To test it, I hooked up my phone as soon as I got it – only took 6 minutes to go from 42 to 75!

The Samsung Super Fast Charging Kit was specifically purchased to support charging a new Samsung phone that will not accept existing charger blocks/cords. Comments following review and short use period:
1. Kit was received with 120V Dual USB C charging block, 9V USB A/C car charger, and 1 each 3′ and 6′ USB C to C cables, all as advertised.
2. Both charger bodies appear well manufactured/assembled from a quality plastic. 120V charger plug end has two standard metal electrical prongs while 9V plug end has standard metal +/- tip and sides. All USB C and single A ports appears well anchored within charger bodies. Both chargers easily/securely connected to their respective receptacles.
3. Both 3′ and 6′ cables are full length, well insulated and flexible with metal USB C connectors at both ends as advertised. USB connector internals are metal, as normal, and covered/attached to cable with a hard and durable plastic. The durability of the cord/connector interface – a typical weak point – appears good as the cord is heavy which transitions well into the hard connector sheath.
4. Noted heat, current, voltage and circuit protection are appreciated with the current high prices of cell phones.
5. Although not UL, CE and FCC certifications are appreciated – certain standards of electronic quality have been achieved.
6. Chargers and cables were tested for charging from home/auto with a new Samsung A35 phone as well as a Samsung tablet:
a. 120V charger and cables were simultaneously connected to phone and tablet with both units reporting FAST charging – same when a single unit was charging – Nice.
b. 9V charger was also tested with each cable and an existing USB A to C cable to both phone and tablet with both units again reporting FAST charging. Each unit was also tested individually with each cable with same results.
c. Advertised simultaneous 25W/3A feed from 120V wall charger to 2 individual electronic items appears accurate with noted FAST charging – same with 32W 9V car charger. Actual wattage and amperage not measured.
VERY pleased. Form, Fit and Function of the chargers/cables are very good with Samsung hardware and durability/longevity are anticipated to be good as well. Value at the $15.99 price point for the quality kit is also very good – competitive. The product is Recommended with a 5 Star rating.

The wall charger only delivers power to smart devices. Dumb devices, like a flashlight, cannot communicate with the charger to activate power delivery. This serves as an added layer of protection and helps preserve battery life. I was expecting more versatility, but it is what it is.

I needed a new fast charging cord that was a bit longer for my Quest 3, and this both gave me that cord and gave me a wall adapter that provides enough power for me to to use my Quest 3 with passthrough turned on and not drain the battery while plugged in. The only issue I had was it indicated that one port was the 25W port and the other was the lower-powered port; however, I didn’t see any clear indication which was which. As mentioned, though, everything is charging and staying ahead of battery drain, so I must have gotten the correct port on the first try.
I recommend this product, especially for the Quest 3 or 3S.
