This rear camera was perfect for my needs. It was very easy to set up. I have a work truck that doesn’t have a rear camera and I’m always worried I’ll back into something. I didn’t have to alter or damage my work truck to install the rear camera and monitor and it can easily be removed and transferred to another truck when this one gets replaced.

I installed this wireless backup camera system on my cargo van and it works perfectly. The video quality is very clear both during the day and at night, and the wide-angle view makes parking and reversing much safer and easier. The monitor pairs quickly with the camera, and there’s almost no lag. Installation was straightforward — I mounted the camera above the rear doors and ran the power easily. It’s been stable and reliable, even in rainy weather. If you drive a van or truck, this camera is a great investment. Highly recommended!

I just got this wireless backup camera for my truck and RV. I have a 28 ft fifth wheel and it is always scary backing it into places that I can’t see. This camera was super simple to set up. The camera that I mounted on the back of my RV, took a few minutes to install and because it’s wireless, I didn’t have to run a cable all the way to my truck. The only thing I had to do was connect the camera to 12 volts which they include a long wire to do so. And the picture is super clear and allows you to even put the backup lines on the screen. It came to me already paired together so I didn’t have to do anything other than plug it in and it came right on. I figured I would include a picture in this review of something other than the ground so you could see how clear the picture is. If you get this camera, also know that the camera tilt angle can be changed! Love this camera and highly recommend.

I’ve had some time now to install this and use it I really like it it was super easy to install and connect to , picture quality is good along with brightness really like having a back up camera now makes traveling more smooth.

Upon taking this camera out the box, I realized this was going to be an easy install. I took it out the box. It had everything I needed to install this, besides the ladder (which I borrowed from another fellow camper). I have Salem29View, which is pre-wired for a Furrion camera. It is compatible with that brand. I took off the cover that was on there from the factory, which was 4 screws and took off the rubber padding that was on there too. Used the new padding that came with the camera, and plugged it right in. Used the same screw holes, and didn’t have to drill anything. It was just a plug like old headphones used to have.
Now, it does say this in the manual, which no one reads, but since people read reviews for help, I will tell you… in order for the camera to power on, your trailer does have to be plugged in to your car with the headlights on. That is how it gets power.
Other than that, the quality of the camera is crystal clear. It is pre-wired so there’s no battery to recharge. The monitor has two options of mounting, I chose the suction cup one, so again, no drilling needed. The brightness on the screen can be adjusted to your liking. The regular brightness is just fine to see. I have not used this in the dark yet. However, as you can see, the picture quality during the day is perfect.
They also provide USB or Cigarette lighter charger option for the power for the tablet. Which is cool. And they give you two extra antennas. Along with if you need power wiring for the camera itself they provide that too if your camper doesn’t come pre-wired. They also provide a tiny screwdriver as well.

Easy to install. Picture quality fair. Viewing range terrible. This camera does not have enough vertical viewing range in order to see the road behind the trailer. It’s maximum height can see maybe 10 feet of road behind the bumper. Not nearly enough to see oncoming traffic. Returning item. Only good for parking if you want to see your bumper.

Camera would not connect to receiver for more than 30-seconds then drop the connection. Support suggested a rectifier which I installed but got the same results. 7” monitor is a plus if it would work! I opted to buy a Furrion Brand with a 5” screen and that system works great!

The WF7 camera and monitor is an excellent combo for a ton of scenarios. As long as you can run 12V power to the camera which is extremely simple you have a camera that works over 100 ft with very low lag and an awesome clear picture both in the day and night. The screen has a bracket that I could’ve mounted in many different orientations I’ve tried several and haven’t settled on one just yet, I may keep it loose just so I can move the camera for two different applications and just have a quick disconnect for power and ground. I have been impressed with the clarity of the night shots but like several other reviews they’re just clear and sharp. I think the versatility and ease of set up make the Woocarty WF7 an easy recommendation not to mention the value. No batteries to worry about no complicated set up and great results.
