The media could not be loaded.
The paint washes off skin and surfaces with ease. The applicator sponge is not durable. If heavy handed be prepared with another sponge or a glove. The colors are really nice. I blended them n it gave a nice dark brown finish. Just be sure to blend into leather well n make the coats even I have to go back in n fix some unblended areas but that was due to my sponge breaking apart close to me finishing the darker areas. It dried in 6 hours as direction’s stated. If it’s accidentally applied to an area it’ll wash out with soap n water if you’re quick enough. I got oil on my genuine leather purse over a year ago n needed to fix it and luckily this dried just fine over those areas. So it should work normally on older oil stains even though it states to remove oil. Coverage is amazing. I will say to allow the wet part to dry face up. I let it dry laying flat n notice the back of my purse dried shiny n the front exposed to air dried more matte. I love that the grain wasn’t lost & I can still clearly see the details in my leather. There’s more than enough paint to complete multiple small projects. I’d buy again.

I have a leather top desk that, when I used to be a smoker, left several cigarette burn holes. I tried repairing it many years ago with little success, and it looked really bad. So I did the 2nd best thing and just put some desk ornament over the holes to cover it. When I saw this leather repair kit, I was eager to try it. I first scraped out the discolored material that I originally used and simply poured the leather color liquid into the hole. I used the sponge applicator to buff the area and it looks considerably better. I’m going to try blending the different colors to see if I can get a better match. So far I’m pretty happy with it.

This repair kit performed exactly as I hoped. The headrest areas of our 20 year-old Laz-E-Boy reclining loveseat were getting light in tone and a bit worn looking. The rest of the leather has held up great, so it was not worth having it reupholstered. When I saw the Blend-It-On kit, I thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy with the results. I cleaned the back well, exactly as the instructions stated, and applied the dark brown using the provided applicator. It covered really well, but I didn’t blend it as well as I should have. After a second application, I was able to blend it in very nicely with the surrounding area and achieved a natural look. I didn’t have any tears, but it feels like it adheres and fills effectively. We didn’t use the loveseat for 48 hours after application and there is no evidence of the color rubbing off, which is great.

This is a nice kit and well worth the try! We have some cracked vinyl but thankfully only on the piping of our RV chairs, and I took a Q-tip and applied it to the really small piping and then I took the included foam fingertip brush and tapped over it. I think I may need to have some filler or something because it doesn’t fill in the depth of the vinyl where it was and also give it that shiny vinyl look. So it doesn’t trick the eye and you kind of see where the vinyl was off and this was used versus where the vinyl is. Hopefully that makes sense! But this is definitely worth a try.

We had a large semi-bleached out spot on our leather sofa and I ordered this to see if I could make it less obvious. After one application the light spot was significantly darker and more blended in than before. I am going to apply another coat and I am sure it will be even better. Price was great, I am happy!
