I live in Florida and I have a beater commuter car, as well as a newer truck. My car is plastered with remnants of love bug seasons of the past. My truck is waxed and cared for regularly. I was able to give a broad spectrum test to this product, and I can say it *mostly* worked. And to be fair, that is exactly what I expected. With the new truck that has fresh, waxed, cared-for paint, it worked great. Got all the bugs off and left the surface of even the plastic headlights clean and clear. However, on the car, it was not able to clean off the bulk of the bugs, but again, this was very aspirational thinking as those bugs are baked in at this point and nothing short of a buffer would do that trick, but you never know!
So, in all, this cleaner works as advertised, provided you get to the bugs soon enough. It is NOT a miracle cleaner that will clear days/weeks/months of neglect. If you want something that will make immediate cleaning and removal of bugs easier, I would definitely recommend.

The product “Did Not” meet my expectation. It works, sorta, but takes a lot of rubbing to get a satisfying result. Definitely not Heavy Duty.

Best bug remover I’ve ever used. I was hesitant to even get this, because any bug remover I’ve used in the past wasn’t very good. This stuff is amazing. I included a video of me simply spraying it on and wiping it off. I could see it activate after a couple seconds. It left my car completely clean and free of the bugs. There was no streaks. It did no damage to my finish. Perfect.

I live in Florida and twice a year we have major lovebug issues, so a cleaner like this is a must to keep your car clean. I got this last week and although the lovebugs have not yet begun to swarm, I have had a chance to try it out on my car. It works about as well as any I have tried. It still takes a bit of rubbing to get the plastered bugs off my bumper but does help, even better when you let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it off. The price is a bit high for one bottle but as I write this review, they have a 2-pack for the exact same price as one…weird but that’s not a bad deal. So, all in all, not magic but it works.

This works very well. It’s designed to be sprayed on before you go through a car wash. You’ll want to give it some time for it to be effective. The bottle says you should store at room temperature, which means you shouldn’t keep it in your garage. Which means I’ll probably forget to use it.
We’ve been using this on cars, but recently also it to remove stickers on a couple of jars and our parks pass on our car. It works just like that brand that makes goo go gone, but doesn’t smell as bad. This stuff is really effective as long as you give it some time to work.

This came packed well it’s in a sealed bottle that you add the sprayer too it’s all sealed up in a bag. The sprayer straw seemed a little long, but at least it can reach the bottom.
It’s a handy size to fit in a car door cupholder. I’m not sure it’s it’s good to keep in a car (high temps). The squirt nozzle has a spray and stream setting. I did notice it did drip a little off the end.
So the instructions note to spray, set for __ minutes (depending on grime) and wipe clean with a WET cloth. Then buff clean.
With use, I found a simple spray, scrub, and dry isn’t going to work well. This is soapy, so you’ll want to thoroughly remove the residue with the soft wet cloth. You could use this to pretreat areas before a car wash. You go ahead and hit the tough spots and wipe them to good enough to give an easy carwash experience with kiddos.
I have some before and after shots for our two cars doing a range of spots and spray patterns. It did well to cut through forgotten grime. The enzymes do not well for fixing sappy deposits and minimising paint discoloration.
This bottle would last a good while unless you have grimy cars frequently. The “After: Forgotten Grime” shows the bottle in the background with how much I used for all the spots featured.
I’ve had an item change on me in the far past. At purchase this was called “Absolutely Clean CarMagic Bug Remover – Heavy Duty Cleaner | Instant Bug & Grime Remover | Perfect for Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, Boat | USA Made (16oz 2pack Spray Bottles (Save 25%))” This is a new product, so it’s description may adjust to suit the product over time. The pictures show what I got.

This spray works ok. Not sure if it is really any better than other cleaners that I have used to remove bugs from the car. I followed the directions and left the solution on for a few minutes but I don’t think it worked any better than other cleaners that I have used. I used a wet cloth to wipe it off. Not sure if it is really worth the price but it seems to help remove bug splatter.
