When I bought the brush, there was something wrong with the pole threads so it wouldn’t screw in. I sent an email to customer support on a Sunday night and Kate responded in a couple hours (I was expecting to hear back in a day or two). I described the issue and she sent a replacement brush head and I got it in two days! The replacement fit perfectly. The bristles are soft but I hadn’t had a chance to use it yet. I like how the bristles are basically all over the head so it should keep me from twisting the pole to get into the nook and crannies of my house siding. Looks like a giant hedgehog but orange. Haha

When the brush arrived my pole would not fit into the threaded hole. I emailed Kate in customer service and explained the situation, She immediately got back with me and sent out a new brush that fit perfectly! GREAT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT QUALTITY BRUSH! I RATE THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT – WITH A 6 RATING!

WHY can’t items get checked for standard sizes Nothing said about the size of the threaded hole so everyone would suspect it is a “standard” size I even looked to find a handle that would fit there are none !! I am so sorry I bought this and even more disappointed in myself for not trying to use it before the 30 day return expired

I had bought the entire package but upon load my rv I couldn’t find it anywhere so I purchased this in hopes I’ll find the other one. Lol usually works that way. But this is a great addition for rv or boat cleaning with their extended pole and squeegee package

I didn’t buy any accessories with my 24 ft. Extend-A-Reach pole as I already had a brush purchased with a different long pole that I was replacing. However, over time the mounting hole on that older brush wore out and it would not longer stay fitted, causing the brush to rotate and fall off. The mounting hole on this brush fits tightly so that the brush does not rotate while you are using it. There are a lot of soft bristles all around the head, which makes using it to clean windows and house trim quick and easy. I highly recommend it.

Update – Kate from Customer Service did get back to me later that evening via text. But I had already in the morning put in for a replacement. So I look forward to seeing how this replacement will screw on properly. I appreciate Extend a Reach getting back to me. I really really want this replacement to work once I get it and can update my review further.

I’m so so frustrated with this. I tried to reach customer service. No response. So I looked up my return date and requested a replacement. So be very very careful. Don’t get me wrong. I have the poke saw attachment and that screwed on beautifully and works great. This particular brush is really well made EXCEPT it will not screw on and I wasted a good part of my work day trying. Something seriously wrong with the thread hole on this brush. I hope the replacement from Amazon will not repeat itself.
