Everything was good. Except I wasn’t home when the package arrived. My wife was not happy about getting the package off of the porch.
Both struts were in one big box. Like 64lbs.
I used to sell this brand as a salesperson to Licensed State of Michigan Independent Repair Facilities.
Very low warranty returns.

Easy to install, first you will need to purchase a set of stabilizer link pins to go along with the struts. Next, unless you do this for a living, you will need to take the struts to an Independent Repair Facility that has a vehicle lift and impact air tools. For the Repair Facility, the struts are very easy to install. Takes them about 90 minutes for the complete job. I Recommend a wheel alignment after the struts are installed. Value for your money, Can’t beat the Quality. Made to meet or exceed OEM specs.
That is it in a stretch. My Wife is very happy that her 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT drives a lot smoother with the FCS struts. ED. M.
Mr. Practical –
Have had this strut on for 10,000 mile and it is creaking and bottoming out on road dips. Do not purchase.
I just installed these two days ago and haven’t had significant road experience yet – will check in after 5k miles with an update. The strut assembly came ready to install, no spring compression tools required, and with the 3 attachment nuts for the top. I replaced the stabilizer links at the same time I replaced the struts. Most of the time and frustration of getting the old part out was due to the stabilizer link/bar. (refer to my review of stabilizer link). Once the stabilizer link and bracket for the ABS sensor was removed the old assembly came out in minutes. Reinstall of the new part took less than 15 mins. I did use a pneumatic impact wrench however I’m sure that a good 1/2″ drive socket set will work just as well. TIP: The part is a little heavy and I had my daughter put one of the nuts on the stud for me while I aligned the studs with the body and held the part up in the mounting well. Other than that, this is a one person job. Including wheel removal and replacement the job will take about an hour per wheel. Remember to get the front end aligned after installing these.

Seem to be great quality as she hasn’t complained. I bought parts and paid a mechanics shop to install and she went home 45 mins away. She’s a happy woman! Forgot to take pic before dropping off at mechanics shop to install for her.

Just installed yesterday. The old struts were very noisy. These are about 50 percent quieter. Installation pretty easy. Just had to buy the cam bolts so the alignment could be done. Overall, not bad, just a bit noisy.

Easy install on my 2003 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. GREAT self-contained product since you don’t have to worry about compressing those gigantic springs(dangerous!). Excellent price too, don’t let the garage charge you triple the price, buy these instead.
