I ordered top post battery terminals and they were so heavy they kept breaking out of the pack with products that heavy they need to be put in a thick cardboard box to keep the parts from falling out from the packet

Quality Control doesn’t exist but they’re just pieces of lead with a couple of bolts so no big deal to put the bolts in correctly if needed. Just check first. They were the perfect solution to the molded multi-cable terminals with large & small cables attached in my Diesel truck.

Well, after the headline, there’s not a lot more to say.
These are real lead, I replaced the nut/bolt assembly with stainless steel because I’m ocd about that kind of stuff but that is not necessary for reliable operation.
I also added a battery disconnect knife switch to the negative terminal for quick disconnect.
Okay, a little more to say.

Finally a heavy duty way to mount all my accessories securely! I have tried other types with varying degrees of success. My most recent was a gold plated mount with a 5/16 stud to attach all the cables. That cracked after a year. This setup is 10x better and still has room for expansion. I have my winch, starter, jumper cable quick connect, stereo amp and high output alternator all hooked up to these and couldn’t be happier. I could have done a cleaner installation but maybe another day I will solder on different ends. Until then, this setup works great!

made the mistake of ordering some cast ones first. Threw them away and ordered these and they worked perfect. You can tighten them without them breaking.

These are high quality battery clamps. I got them for a battery that I use on a trailer wench that I only connect up when using the wench. Otherwise it’s in my shop on a battery maintainer. These clamps make it easy to hook up the battery. I just leave the clamps on the battery permanently. Highly recommend.
