Worked well. I replaced 3 of my motor mounts at the same time (I replaced the 4th mount recently) on a 2006 Honda Element with an automatic transmission. Doing this fixed an issue where, on certain sections of I-5 just north of downtown Seattle, ‘washboard’ sections of the concrete would make my front left tire dribble like a basketball. I thought it was the struts, so replaced those first (due for replacement anyway after 160k miles). This helped for a while but soon the tire dribbling returned. Replacing the mounts, so far, has finally alleviated the issue and made my car drive smoother like when I first bought it. Not hard to install if you’re comfortable doing the work yourself and have the tools.
Mind you, I’d taken the car to a couple of places to have the dribbling issue diagnosed but everyone simply looked at the struts for leaks and shrugged their shoulders when they didn’t see anything obvious. Interesting how no one really thinks about replacing engine mounts.
I also noticed the other 1-star review complaining about the cracks in the rubber. The cracking of the thin membrane around the beefier sections of rubber is completely normal—it’s just the extra rubber left over from the manufacturing process and has no negative effect on the mount’s function. The beefier sections of rubber are what support the engine and need the space to move with the engine. My old OEM mount didn’t even have that extra rubber, so I could see completely through the mount between the arms.
A bit more expensive than other online shops, so if buying all mounts at once, consider a set or compare shipping costs.

It fits well in my 02 Honda CRV, the finish of the mount is not the same as OEM, but for 8x less the price I’m ok with it. Time will tell how long this mount will last. It’s for a 21 year old car, so I’m not too concerned.

Fits Honda element. Access for this mount is behind the splash guard. Quality seems to be good. Using this mount resolved a growling noise and vibration when accelerating uphill.

The new motor mount was a perfect fit. I included a couple of pictures of the old mount to show how bad it was. The Element shifts are super smooth now.

Fits 05 honda element, the mount is on the soft side but fits like an oem. I added 3m window sealant to make it more hard/ firm.

Installed a year ago and is holding up very well on 2003 EX AWD Element, especially considering the savings over an OEM one @ 1/3 the price. I would still probably recommend an OEM part for the other mounting points (especially the fluid-filled mounts) but for the front one this unit seems to work fine.
I saw in a previous review that the person was upset the rubber had “cracked” around the center hole on 3 sides despite it being new. The OEM design has that area being hollow (this is what allows some flex) so unless there was something else not disclosed the pictures appear to show that it was not a failed part but rather a casting difference where they allowed thin rubber around the mounting point instead of leaving it hollow. I’ve seen this on other brands as well.
