Had issues with car and sluggish start..eventually had issues where there car wouldn’t start but replaced these cam and crankshaft sensor on my Nissan rogue and all works fine now

Replaced it on my ‘15 Altima S. Instantly worked wonders. Prior to the replacement, car would stall, long start, weak acceleration and RPMs would be high on low MPH. HIGHLY recommend.

The media could not be loaded.
This fixed our issue P0335 (crankshaft Position
sensor A circuit) also the car would cranks for too long before starting. The old sensor the car had was aftermarket garbage. Cars starts right up with no delay. See video.

I thought I had transmission trouble, so I took the 09 Nissan Altima to a transmission shop. They said the transmission was fine but I needed to replace the CKP sensor. So I went to Auto Zone and bought the Delphi they had in stock. Fast forward 14 months and the car has moments where it feels like it’s missing, a slight hesitation, a hiccup. Maybe once every other trip. I ran some fuel injector cleaner through it and switched to ethanol free gas and resolved to clean the MAF sensor and the throttle body, not for the first time. But before I could find the time to do these maintenance tasks, the old Service Engine Soon light came on. So I went to O O O O’Reilly, Auto Parts and had the code read. It was 0335, CKP sensor. I said, wait a minute, I just put one of those on about a year ago. And the kid checked my purchase history and asked, where did you get it? Autozone, I said. So I went to Autozone and the purchase was in my records, and they told me, buy the same one, swap them out, bring us the old one, and we’ll credit you the full price. I thought that was reasonable so I agreed and we proceeded with the transaction. But. Then I went home and started watching videos. A lot of videos. And I was hearing a few guys, who really seemed to know what they were doing, say that you should always go OEM on sensors. Delphi is not OEM for the 09 Altima. But Denso is. So I bought the Denso. Actually cost less than what Autozone was asking for the Delphi. I got the Denso and put it on and voila the hazard light was off and the car sounds great. Hopefully this is the end of the story. We shall see what we shall see. By the way. In my experience, it’s easier to access the sensor from under the car. On YouTube everyone comes at it from the topside, but my arm just gets stuck. Just jack it up onto stands and get down there and look for the green bar. I believe the green bar is the CV axle, but I may be completely mistaken. Anyway, on my Altima, the sensor is in a little cavity just a bit behind that green bar. Just follow the wiring harness with your hand. You should be able to see the 10mm nut that you will be removing. For extra fun, stick your phone up there and make a video. It will help your hands know in advance what they will be dealing with. Also, a little bit of clean engine oil on that O-ring will assist in seating the new component. Best of luck!

If the widget says that this part doesn’t fit your nissan altima 2.5 2016, it’s incorrect. Denso website confirms this is the original equipment sensor that came with the vehicle. Exact same fit and quality as the original sensor.
By the way I have 150k miles, and the sensor is still good. I just decided to change it because I’m changing my intake manifold after a p2004 code (imrc) stuck open. It’s in a difficult location to get to. So it’s a great idea to not wait until it does malfunction. Changing it with the intake manifold off is easy.
