I primarily purchased this for the leather brush and like the value considering it had brushes with it. But I have to say, not only does the leather brush work amazing, but the detailing brushes are fantastic as well. I now use these regularly in my detailing business. Great set for the price!

I received this item free as an Amazon Vine reviewer and this is my honest review. I only review items I will actually use, and use I do, prior to writing a review.
I love to handwash and detail my SUV and I am always looking for quality tools to make it easier. I own, and have used, synthetic detailing and suede brushes. They work OK, but I was curious to see how the natural boars hair brushes would work comparatively. Out of the box I am very impressed with the look, feel and build quality of these brushes (pictured). The detailer brushes, in 5 different head sizes, and packed with bristles (how do you catch and shave a boar anyway?). I mention this because the synthetic brushes I have seem sparse on bristles compared to these. The more bristles make cleaning and dusting easier (pictured). I have not tried these wet, yet, but look forward to better cleaning wet too.
The larger suede brush is what I really wanted as I have a ton of Alcantara leather in my SUV, the steering wheel, seats, headliner. I wasn’t happy with how the synthetic bristle brushes worked to clean these areas; I felt it was too aggressive. With this boars hair brush I was able to dust (pictured) and spot clean areas on the seat (pictured). These boars hair bristles clean very well without leaving the marks that the synthetic ones do.
I am very pleased with the quality of these brushes, especially for the price. So happy, in fact, that my synthetic brushes just hit the trashcan.
As I do at the end of all my reviews, I ask myself if I would actually purchase this item. Yes, I would buy these.
The Gibster –
These are great for leather interior and trim. I have used them a few times now, and they’ve been nothing but gentle on both my seats and my dash. There’s pretty much a brush for any spot you can think of, and they all are holding up very well after multiple uses on two vehicles. Another thing I really like is the fact that they don’t tend to shed bristles either. As far as I can tell, none of the brushes have lost any, nor have any seemed to have frayed or snapped so far. These are fantastic to have for sure.

I have a few different sets of detail brushes. Some are so stiff that I wouldn’t dare use them on the interior of a vehicle.
These brushes are detail shop quality that I wouldn’t hesitate using on high end luxury vehicles. The soft, Boar bristles only get better with time. They have the same bristles that I trust on my scalp with my shaving brush. And if they’re good enough for my skin they are good enough for a door panel or fine leather seat.
The long handles give good balance and help prevent hand cramps while working with them. The large “shoe brush” looking brush is great for cloth seats and trunk carpets.
To do a good cleaning job you’ll need many brushes. To do high end work you need a good set of soft, natural bristle brushes. These brushes are money makers.

The fibers aren’t really boars’ hair but are synthetic and can be used for the most polarized spectrum of functionality including the detailing of oil covered engines to Alcantara interior fabrics. Obviously, I don’t swap and mismatch those brushes after they’ve been dedicated to a life of grease, but they hold up nicely against basically everything I’ve thrown at them.
Unlike store bought brushes, they are a solid single piece so if you’re like me and use quite a bit of force behind scrubbing, these will not have any issues with detachable or heads breaking off. They come in perfect sizes, which basically means there’s not a bush that’s too small to use and there’s not a bush that’s too big to use.
The only thing I would improve on these brushes would be a way to easily secure all of them using the holes at the ends of the handles. I find myself separating them from one another and would really like a way to keep them stored together but not in a box.

There is only 1 complaint I have of this. I’m not particularly sure how long the bristles will hold up as I have seen sets that seem like they would hold up much longer but for personal use for the average person? Works about as good as you would hope. Get yourself some sprays that are designed for the interior and exterior and go wild with this. I love the results I got.

The handle on the brushes could be more comfortable as they are a hard plastic type where as I prefer a rubber like handle for grip and comfort. The Real Boar hair though is soft and perfect for detailing my vehicles interior’s sensitive areas. The main item that I like is the upholstery brush which I use to clean my leather seats.
